 This team member plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our office and client services. With a strong grasp of Microsoft Office and basic accounting tools, they manage filing systems, handle client correspondence, and ensure accurate data entry across reports, spreadsheets, and databases. They coordinate communication with vendors, schedule appointments, and oversee general office tasks with efficiency and discretion. Their responsibilities also include basic bookkeeping such as processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and tracking expenses. By maintaining organization, accuracy, and professionalism, this individual helps keep both internal operations and client accounts running smoothly.

Accounting & Documentation Specialist

This team member provides critical support in managing client financial records and documentation, with a particular focus on preparing annual accountings in accordance with court requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software, they maintain organized physical and digital files, update financial spreadsheets, and help ensure timely, accurate reporting. Their role also includes monthly bank statement reconciliation, invoice processing, and expense tracking. Working closely with the team, they contribute to smooth client operations while upholding accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all financial documentation.

Tax & Compliance Coordinator

This team member supports the preparation, review, and timely filing of client tax documents, working closely with our CPA partners to ensure accuracy and compliance. They help manage regulatory forms, organize documentation for audit readiness, and maintain meticulous records to support both federal and state requirements. With a strong focus on deadlines, detail, and discretion, they play a key role in helping clients stay compliant and organized throughout the tax cycle.

Care Manager & Case Coordinator

This team member provides compassionate, hands-on support in managing the health and well-being of our clients. They coordinate medical care by scheduling appointments, tracking health status, managing prescriptions and equipment needs, and ensuring care directives are followed. Beyond healthcare logistics, they support clients’ social engagement, navigate family dynamics, and oversee safety and wellness with a holistic approach. Their work helps ensure clients receive consistent, respectful, and well-coordinated care across all providers and services.
