Ryan de la Fuente (California Licensed Professional Fiduciary #1007) is a an Ohio native, and has spent most of her life in Northern California. She is passionate about providing families with support and resources through eldercare and family transitions in her community.
Ryan’s experience includes over five years of serving elders and their families throughout the Bay Area in the care management arena. Prior to her career in healthcare, she worked in consumer banking and real estate lending. She is a National Certified Guardian (NCG), with specialized training in health transitions, federal/state programming, and quality of life choices for older adults and individuals with special needs.
Her fiduciary practice is focused on a ‘Client Centric’ approach to care, which ensures accountability and communication to her clients and their loved ones.
Ryan loves to dance and sing and enjoys spending time with her family.
